    Yes, we remove debris according to each projects predetermined scope.
  • Do I need to be home during the service?
    No, as long as we have access to the work area, you don’t need to be present. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. When it comes to pruning, aesthetics do play an important role and it’s best when the customer is home to approve their improved look.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all possible payment method.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve Clayton, areas of Raleigh, Garner, Archer Lodge, Smithfield, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm if we serve your location.
  • Can you save a tree that looks diseased?
    In some cases, pruning can save a tree. If the damage is extensive, we may recommend removal to protect surrounding trees and property.

  • Who will be working in my yard?
    We are a small local tree service business, so the only people who will be working in your yard are the crew Bill has hand picked. Our stump grinding is a one man operation and again that man is Bill. Unlike the big tree removal businesses, we run a single crew. This outfit is comprised of hard working and tenaciously tough individuals.
  • Are you insured and licensed?
    In the tree service industry, a license is not required as it would be for a plumber or electrician. However, we are insured with General Liability and Worker's Compensation. It's in your best interest to ask anyone who quotes your job if they carry these.
  • What sort of tree services do you have?
    We've ground many a stump in the Clayton and surrounding area. Felled trees whose roots were breaking up driveways.
